Seeking Solace offers individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults. Sessions may take place in person, by phone, or by secure video, depending on your personal preferences. Therapy is individualized for you - based on your needs and concerns, therefore you will be supported with determining personal goals and working at a pace that fits for you.

Hi, I'm Marcie, and I'd like to welcome you to Seeking Solace Psychotherapy. As a therapist, my goal is to offer a compassionate, accepting, and warm space for you to find solace and to be truly seen and heard. I believe you are the expert on your life, and that with support and stability, change and healing are possible. My role is to provide you with a space where you can explore and uncover some of the patterns and challenges that keep you feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
